DAIRY PRODUCE AMENDMENT ACT 1993 No. 16 of 1993 - SECT 3

3. Section 3 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from subsection (1)
the definition of "approved bank" and substituting the following definition:

" 'approved bank' means the Reserve Bank of Australia, a bank as defined in
subsection 5(1) of the Banking Act 1959 or a bank constituted by a law of a
State;".
