DAIRY PRODUCE AMENDMENT ACT 1993 No. 16 of 1993 - SECT 4

4. Section 72 of the Principal Act is amended by adding at the end the
following subsection:

"(2) Whether or not the Corporation chooses under section 73 to maintain a
separate bank account in respect of each relevant fund, the Corporation must
ensure that it keeps separate records of all of its financial dealings
relating to each such fund.".
