DAIRY PRODUCE LEVY (No. 1) ACT 1986 No. 55 of 1986 - SECT 13

13. (1) Application may be made to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal for
review of a decision of an authorised person to refuse to give a certificate
under sub-section 9 (2).
(2) In sub-section (1), "decision" has the same meaning as in the
Administrative Appeals Tribunal Act 1975.
