DRIED VINE FRUITS STABILIZATION AMENDMENT ACT 1978 No. 135 of 1978 - SECT 3

Dried fruit to which Act applies 
3. Section 5 of the Principal Act is amended-

(a) by omitting ''This Act'' and substituting ''(1) Subject to sub-section
(2), this Act''; and

   (b)  by adding at the end thereof the following sub-section:

''(2) This Act does not apply to currants or raisins received for packing
during a season commencing on or after 1 January 1978.''.
