ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION AND BIODIVERSITY CONSERVATION ACT 1999 - SECT 223
Regulations
The regulations may:
- (a)
- provide for the transportation, treatment and disposal of members of
listed migratory species killed, injured or taken in contravention of this
Division; and
- (b)
- provide for the methods or equipment by which members of listed migratory
species may be killed or taken otherwise than in contravention of this
Division; and
- (c)
- provide for the gathering and dissemination of information relating to
listed migratory species; and
- (d)
- provide for the protection and conservation of listed migratory species;
and
- (e)
- provide for any matter incidental to or connected with any of the above
paragraphs.
