ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION AND BIODIVERSITY CONSERVATION ACT 1999 - SECT 324
Commonwealth assistance for protecting declared World Heritage
properties - (1)
- The Commonwealth may give financial or other assistance for
the protection or conservation of a declared World Heritage property to:
- (a)
- a State or self-governing Territory in which the property occurs; or
- (b)
- any other person.
- (2)
- The giving of assistance may be made subject to such conditions as the
Minister thinks fit.
