ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION AND BIODIVERSITY CONSERVATION ACT 1999 - SECT 390C
Object of this Division
The object of this Division is to provide for the protection of biodiversity,
other natural features and heritage in Commonwealth areas while they are being
assessed for inclusion in a Commonwealth reserve.
