ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION AND BIODIVERSITY CONSERVATION ACT 1999 - SECT 392
Appointment of wardens and rangers
The Minister may, in writing, appoint:
- (a)
- an officer or employee of the Department; or
- (b)
- a person covered by an arrangement made under section 393;
to be a warden or ranger.
