ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION AND BIODIVERSITY CONSERVATION ACT 1999 - SECT 86
Designated proponent must provide preliminary information for
assessment
The designated proponent of an action, or a person proposing to take an
action, must give the Minister in the prescribed way the prescribed
information relating to the action.
- Note: The Minister must not decide on an approach for assessment until he or
she receives information under this section. See subsection 88(1).
