ENDANGERED SPECIES PROTECTION ACT 1992 No. 194 of 1992 - SECT 149

149.(1) Subject to subsection (2), the Advisory Committee must hold such
meetings as are necessary for the efficient performance of its functions.

(2) The Advisory Committee must hold at least one meeting every 12 months.

(3) The Chairperson:

   (a)  may convene a meeting at any time; and

   (b)  must convene a meeting on receipt of a written request from at least 5
        other members.

(4) The Minister may convene a meeting at any time.
