ENDANGERED SPECIES PROTECTION ACT 1992 No. 194 of 1992 - SECT 25
Public may nominate native species etc.
25.(1) Any person may nominate an item to be listed in Schedules 1 to 3.
(2) A nomination must be made to the Director and must include any information
prescribed by regulation.
(3) The Director must forward all nominations to the Scientific Subcommittee.
