ENDANGERED SPECIES PROTECTION ACT 1992 No. 194 of 1992 - SECT 27

27.(1) In deciding whether to add an item to, or delete an item from, a list
in Schedule 1, the Minister must not consider any matters that do not relate
to the survival of the native species concerned.

(2) In deciding whether to add an item to, or delete an item from, Schedule 2,
the Minister must not consider any matters that do not relate to the survival
of the ecological community concerned.
