ENDANGERED SPECIES PROTECTION ACT 1992 No. 194 of 1992 - SECT 55

55. The Director must:

   (a)  maintain an up-to-date list of conservation agreements that are in
        operation; and

   (b)  take reasonable steps to ensure that copies of the list are available
        for purchase, for a reasonable price, at each of the offices of the
        ANPWS and at one or more other places in each State.
