ENDANGERED SPECIES PROTECTION ACT 1992 No. 194 of 1992 - SECT 91

91.(1) The Director must:

   (a)  decide whether to issue, or refuse to issue, a permit; and

   (b)  inform the applicant, by notice in writing, of the decision; within 90
        days after receiving the application.

(2) The Director is taken to have made a decision to refuse the application if
he or she has not informed the applicant of the decision on the application
before the end of the period of 90 days.
