Commonwealth Numbered Acts Commonwealth Numbered Acts(1) A Board member or a member of the staff of the Agency must not improperly use his or her position to:
(a) gain an advantage for himself or herself or someone else; or
(b) cause detriment to the Board’s ability to perform its functions; or
(c) cause detriment to another person.

(2) A person who is involved in a contravention of subsection (1) contravenes this subsection.
