FIRST HOME OWNERS AMENDMENT ACT 1985No. 23, 1985 - SECT 11

Misleading statements, &c.

11. Section 38 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting after sub-section
(2) the following sub-section:

"(2A) An offence against sub-section (2) is punishable on summary
conviction.".
