FISHING INDUSTRY RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT ACT 1987 No. 174 of 1987 - SECT 21

Resolutions without meetings
21. (1) Where a majority of the members of the Council in office sign a
document containing a statement that they are in favour of a resolution in the
terms set out in the document, a resolution in those terms shall be deemed to
have been passed at a duly convened meeting of the Council on the day on which
the document is signed, or, if the members who sign the document do not sign
it on the same day, on the day on which a majority of the members in office
had signed the document.

(2) Two or more separate but identical documents, each of which is signed by
one or more members, shall be deemed, for the purposes of subsection (1), to
constitute the one document.
