FISHING INDUSTRY RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT ACT 1987 No. 174 of 1987 - SECT 26
Consultants
26. (1) The Council may, on behalf of the Commonwealth, engage persons having
suitable qualifications and experience as consultants to the Council.
(2) The terms and conditions of engagement shall be determined by the Council.
