FISHING INDUSTRY RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT ACT 1987 No. 174 of 1987 - SECT 27

27. (1) The Council may establish sub-committees to assist it in the
performance of its functions and the exercise of its powers.

(2) The Council may appoint members of the Council and persons engaged as
consultants to the Council as members of a sub-committee.

(3) The Council may fix the number of members of a sub-committee required to
constitute a quorum at a meeting of the sub-committee.
