FISHING INDUSTRY RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT ACT 1987 No. 174 of 1987 - SECT 46

Role of Chairperson etc. 
46. (1) The Chairperson of the Selection Committee is the principal
spokesperson of the Selection Committee and is responsible for its overall
operations and performance.

(2) The Chairperson may be referred to as the Chairman or Chairwoman, as the
case requires.
