FAMILY LAW AMENDMENT ACT 1976 No. 63 of 1976 - SECT 20

20. Section 45 of the Principal Act is amended-

(a) by inserting in sub-section (1), before the word ''court'' (last
occurring), the word ''first-mentioned''; and

   (b)  by omitting from sub-section (2) the words ''or is being continued
        under this Act'' and substituting the words ''under this Act or is
        being continued in accordance with any of the provisions of
        section 9''.
