FAMILY LAW AMENDMENT ACT 1976 No. 63 of 1976 - SECT 21

21. Section 61 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from sub-section
(3) the words ''Unless a court having jurisdiction under this Act otherwise
orders, an'' and substituting the word ''An''.
