FAMILY LAW AMENDMENT ACT 1976 No. 63 of 1976 - SECT 37

37. Section 110 of the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by inserting after paragraph (b) of sub-section (2) the following
        paragraph:-

''(ba) the making of provisional maintenance orders, and the transmission of
such orders to appropriate courts of reciprocating countries or countries with
restricted reciprocity, for the purposes of obtaining the confirmation, and
securing the enforcement, of those orders in those countries, and the effect
in Australia of those orders;''; and

   (b)  by omitting from paragraph (c) of sub-section (2) the words ''or
        transmitted'' and substituting the words ''or of maintenance orders or
        provisional maintenance orders transmitted''.
