FISHERIES (PAPUA NEW GUINEA BOATS) ACT 1974 No. 7 of 1974 - SECT 3

3. Section 4 of the Fisheries Act 1973 is amended by inserting in the
definition of "Australian boat" in paragraph (a), after the words "external
Territory" (wherever occurring), the words "(other than Papua New Guinea)".
