FISHERIES (PAPUA NEW GUINEA BOATS) ACT 1974 No. 7 of 1974 - SECT 4

4. For the purposes of ascertaining whether or not, at any time after the
coming into operation of this section and before the coming into operation of
section 3, a boat was or is a foreign boat for the purposes of the Fisheries
Act 1952-1973, a reference in that Act to a Territory shall be taken not to
include a reference to Papua New Guinea.
