FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT 1982 No. 3 of 1982 - SECT 73

73. (1) Subject to this Part, a member holds office for such period, not being
more than 7 years, as is specified in the instrument of his appointment, but
is eligible for re-appointment.

(2) Where a member who is a Judge referred to in section 72 ceases to be such
a Judge, he ceases to hold office as a member, but is eligible for
re-appointment.

(3) A person other than a person serving as a Judge referred to in section  72
shall be appointed as a part-time member.

(4) Subject to this Part, a member holds office on such terms and conditions
as are prescribed.
