FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT 1982 No. 3 of 1982 - SECT 74

74. (1) The Governor-General may, for the purpose of appointing as a member a
person who is a Judge of a Supreme Court of a State or of the Northern
Territory, enter into such arrangement with the Governor of that State or the
Administrator of the Northern Territory, as the case may be, as is necessary
to secure that person's services.

(2) An arrangement under sub-section (1) may provide for the Commonwealth to
reimburse the State or the Northern Territory with respect to the services of
the person to whom the arrangement relates.
