FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT 1982 No. 3 of 1982 - SECT 90

90. (1) There shall be a Registrar of the Document Review Tribunal and such
Deputy Registrars and other officers of the Document Review Tribunal as are
required.

(2) The Registrar, the Deputy Registrars and the other officers of the
Document Review Tribunal shall have such duties, powers and functions as are
provided by this Act and the regulations and such other duties and functions
as the President directs.

(3) The Registrar, the Deputy Registrars and the other officers of the
Document Review Tribunal shall be persons appointed or employed under the
Public Service Act 1922.
