FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT 1982 No. 3 of 1982 - SECT 89

89. (1) The Governor-General shall cause such Registries of the Document
Review Tribunal to be established as he thinks fit.

(2) The Governor-General shall designate one of the Registries as the
Principal Registry.
