Freedom of Information Amendment Act 1983 No. 81 of 1983 - SECT 12

Information as to existence of certain documents 

12. Section 25 of the Principal Act is amended-

         (a)  by inserting in sub-section (1) ''or 33A'' after ''section 33'';
and

         (b)  by inserting in sub-section (2) ''or 33A'' after ''section 33''
(wherever occurring).
