Commonwealth Numbered Acts Commonwealth Numbered Acts(1) The responsible person for a reviewable decision must make a decision on reconsideration of the decision within 90 days after receiving an application for reconsideration.
(2) The responsible person is taken, for the purposes of this Part, to have made a decision affirming the original decision if the responsible person has not informed the applicant of the responsible person's decision on the reconsideration before the end of the period of 90 days.
