Commonwealth Numbered Acts Commonwealth Numbered Acts(1) Applications may be made to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal to review a reviewable decision if the responsible person for the decision has affirmed or varied the decision under section 75.
(2) Applications may be made to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal to review a reviewable decision if the decision was not made by a delegate of the responsible person for the decision.
