Payment of Commonwealth benefit and nursing home fund benefit in respect of same patient for same period


62. Section 50 of the Principal Act is amended by adding at the end thereof
the following sub-section:

''(4) In this section, 'nursing home fund benefit' means an amount payable
under the rules of a registered hospital benefits organization in respect of a
person who was an insured nursing home patient for the purposes of this Act at
any time before the commencement of this sub-section.''.
