HIGHER EDUCATION FUNDING AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1992 No. 158 of 1992 - SECT 46

46. The amendments of the Principal Act made by sections 42 and 43 of this Act
do not affect any application made, or any entitlement to apply, to the
Administrative Appeals Tribunal under section 63 of the Principal Act for
review of a decision to remit the whole or a part of an HEC semester debt in
relation to a course of study in respect of a semester ending before 1 January
1993.
