HIGHER EDUCATION FUNDING AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1992 No. 158 of 1992 - SECT 47

47. Section 3 of the Principal Act is amended:
(a) by omitting "26A" from the definition of "non-building capital project"
and substituting "26";
(b) by inserting after paragraph (c) of the definition of "operating purposes"
the following paragraph:

"(ca) capital project of the institution for purposes referred to in paragraph
(a), (b) or (c);";

   (c)  by omitting the definition of "recurrent expenditure".
