HIGHER EDUCATION FUNDING AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1992 No. 158 of 1992 - SECT 59

59.(1) Any guidelines issued before the commencement day by the Minister under
section 26A of the Principal Act that are in force immediately before the
commencement day continue in force on and after that day as if they were
guidelines issued under section 26 of the Principal Act as amended by this
Act.

(2) In this section:

"commencement day" means the day on which this Part commences.
