HEALTH, HOUSING AND COMMUNITY SERVICES LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1992 No. 88 of 1992 - SECT 27

27. Section 33 of the Principal Act is amended:

   (a)  by adding at the end of paragraphs (1)(a), (b) and (c) "and";

   (b)  by inserting after paragraph (1)(c) the following paragraphs:

"(ca) the power to determine standards under section 9C; and

   (cb) the power to make orders under section 14F; and".
