HEALTH, HOUSING AND COMMUNITY SERVICES LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1992 No. 88 of 1992 - SECT 28
Transitional
28. An agreement under section 15 or 16 of the Principal Act of the Principal
Act that was in force immediately before the commencement of this Part
continues to have effect after that commencement as if the Commonwealth was
substituted for the Minister as a party to the agreement.
