HEALTH INSURANCE COMMISSION (REFORM AND SEPARATION OF FUNCTIONS) ACT 1997 No. 159 of 1997 - SECT 23

23 Accrued benefits - transferred employees
A person who is a transferred employee is taken to have accrued an entitlement
to benefits, in connection with the employee's engagement by the nominated
company, that is equivalent to the entitlement that the person had accrued, as
an employee of the Commission, immediately before the employee's transfer
time.
