HEALTH INSURANCE COMMISSION (REFORM AND SEPARATION OF FUNCTIONS) ACT 1997 No. 159 of 1997 - SECT 24

The service of a transferred employee as an employee of the nominated company
is taken, for all purposes, to have been continuous with the service of the
employee, immediately before the employee's transfer time, as an employee of
the Commission.
