Health Legislation Amendment Act 1982 No. 49 of 1982 - SECT 17

17. Section 95 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting sub-section (1) and
substituting the following sub-section:

''(1) A Committee shall-

   (a)  if it proposes to hold a hearing into a matter in so far as the matter
        relates to a circumstance referred to in paragraph 94 (a) or (b)-cause
        to be given to the practitioner concerned; or

   (b)  if it proposes to hold a hearing into a matter in so far as the matter
        relates to a circumstance referred to in paragraph 94 (c), (d), (e),
        (f), (g) or (h)-cause to be given to the person first referred to in
        that paragraph, notice in writing of the time and place of the
        proposed hearing at least 10 days before the date of the proposed
        hearing.''.
