HEALTH LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1986 No. 75 of 1986 - SECT 54

54. Notwithstanding the amendments made by sections 22 and 24 to 32
(inclusive), the Principal Act continues to apply after the commencement of
this section in relation to a question or matter referred to a Medical
Services Committee of Inquiry under section 82 of the Principal Act as if
those amendments had not been made.
