HEALTH LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT (NO. 2) 1982 NO. 112 OF 1982 - SECT 16

16. Section 73B of the Principal Act is amended by inserting after sub-section
(1) the following sub-section:

''(1A) Where the Minister makes a decision revoking, varying or imposing a
condition under sub-section (1) in relation to an organization, he shall cause
notice in writing of that decision to be served, either personally or by post,
on the public officer of the organization.''.
