HEALTH LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT (NO. 2) 1982 NO. 112 OF 1982 - SECT 17

17. (1) Section 73BE of the Principal Act is amended by omitting sub-sections
(5), (6), (7), (7A) and (8).

(2) Where, in pursuance of sub-section 73BE (5) of the Principal Act, the
Minister has caused a copy of a direction to be laid before a House of the
Parliament, then, notwithstanding the amendment made by sub-section (1) of
this section, section 73BE of the Principal Act continues to apply in relation
to that direction as if that amendment had not been made.
