HANDICAPPED PERSONS ASSISTANCE ACT 1974

No. 134 of 1974 An Act to provide for Assistance by Australia towards the
Provision of Facilities for Handicapped Children, Disabled Persons and certain
other Persons.

BE IT ENACTED by the Queen, the Senate and the House of Representatives of
Australia, as follows:-

PART I-PRELIMINARY
1. This Act may be cited as the Handicapped Persons Assistance Act 1974.*
