HANDICAPPED PERSONS ASSISTANCE ACT 1974 No. 134 of 1974 - SECT 2

2. (1) Subject to sub-section (2), this Act shall come into operation on the
day on which it receives the Royal Assent.*

(2) Parts IV, VI and VII and sub-section 36 (2) shall come into operation on 1
January 1975.
