PART V-GRANTS IN RESPECT OF APPROVED EQUIPMENT
16. In this Part, unless the contrary intention appears-



"approved equipment" means equipment approved under section 17;



"cost", in relation to the purchase by an eligible organization of approved
equipment, means the sum of the amount that the Minister is satisfied is the
cost of purchasing the equipment and such amount (if any) in respect of
altering, adding to or installing the equipment as the Minister determines.
