HANDICAPPED PERSONS ASSISTANCE ACT 1974 No. 134 of 1974 - SECT 26
Minister may require medical examination.
26. The Minister may, for the purpose of considering a claim for benefit in
respect of a child, require that the child be examined by a medical
practitioner specified by the Minister.
