Homes Savings Grant Acts Amendment Act 1982 No. 41 of 1982 - SECT 6

6. Section 15 of the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by inserting in paragraph (2) (d) ''or the
        Home Deposit Assistance Act  1982 '' after ''1964'';

   (b)  by omitting from sub-section (4) ''or under this Act'' and
        substituting '', the Home Deposit Assistance Act 1982 or this Act'';
        and

   (c)  by omitting from sub-section (4) ''or of this Act'' and substituting
'', the Home Deposit Assistance Act 1982 or this Act''.
