Homes Savings Grant Acts Amendment Act 1982 No. 41 of 1982 - SECT 7

7. Section 53 of the Principal Act is amended by adding at the end thereof the
following sub-section:

''(3) The Secretary is not required by sub-section (1) to furnish a report as
to the administration and operation of this Act during any year after the year
ending on 30 June 1984.''.
